At Zvago SAP, we welcome active seniors, 62+, who are looking for a home to reside in happily, comfortably and safely.
Members of our co-op must be capable of living independently.
We do not provide medical or home healthcare services.
What we offer:
Safety and security: Our secure building has fire alarms and a sprinkler system. Members are instructed in safety and security measures.
Mobility: All of our three floors (and the underground garage) are served by an elevator.
Housekeeping: Common spaces are cleaned regularly by contract housekeeping services.
Storage: Provided in the garage for bikes, canoes and kayaks.
EV charging stations: Available in the garage.
Fitness: A fully equipped exercise and fitness studio.
Newspapers: Subscribers may request delivery to our building’s front door.
Members are responsible for their own:
Meals: There is no regular meal service. Members may arrange meal delivery from local restaurants and Meals on Wheels.
Transportation: A Metro Transit bus stops in front of Zvago SAP on Como Avenue. The buses head to both downtowns and connect to the light rail.
Housekeeping in units: You can join with other members to hire a cleaning service for your unit.
Groceries: Tim & Tom’s Speedy Market, an award-winning neighborhood grocery store, is across the street from us.

St. Anthony Park Area Seniors: This is a respected and longstanding nonprofit organization that offers access to professionals and volunteers trained in at-home assistance, wellness activities and some nursing services.
